C’est avec une grande tristesse que nous avons appris le décès de Jean-Claude Correia survenu le 14 février 2016. Cette triste nouvelle nous a été transmise par Gilles Gautherin, son plus fidèle ami, avec qui
il avait fondé en 1978 le Mouvement français des plieurs de papier. Nous rendons hommage à
Jean-Claude Correia, à son grand talent, sa créativité, son grand sens artistique et à l’originalité de sa personnalité.(…Continued)
The 2016 Rencontres will be held from May 5th to May 8th at the Foyer Carrefour in Metz, at only 1½ hour from Paris by fast train and close to Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg.

There are no more rooms available at the Youth Hostel. You may still register for the Rencontres, knowing this will be without on-location accommodation or meals.

Our annual 2015 gathering is organised in partnership with Atelier Origami at centre social of Villeneuve-des-Salines (the local community centre), and will be held at the Youth Hostel of La Rochelle , 14th to 17th May.
