Online workshops and events
The organizers try to keep the event as comfortable and enjoyable as possible for everyone. This implies some common rules. By participating in the event, you agree to respect them.
During the event, all communications and behaviors should be suitable for people of all ages and from all backgrounds. Each participant is responsible for his own behavior. Harassment, intimidation and insulting / proprietary jokes are not acceptable.
In the discussion tool (chat), are not tolerated :
- Derogatory or inappropriate comments about teachers, moderators or participants ;
- Comments that do not directly relate to the teaching or the topic of the session.
Keep your microphones off during teaching and activate it only in response to a request from the teacher or moderators, or during question and answer or conversation times. Cut it off after your interventions to avoid unwanted noise.
If you do not follow these rules, the moderators will let you know. Without change, you may be expelled from the session or the entire event with no refund possible.
If you feel uncomfortable with another attendee during the event, send a private message to one of the hosts or co-hosts (listed in the attendee list), or email directly to the association.
